And it’s true. Depending on your bias, a lot of things are dehumanizing people and technology is one of them; shortening our attention span and our patience and ultimately affecting interaction between human beings.
Muhahahahahaha.
I used to sit in the SAME ROOM with cats in college and have hilarious IM conversations. Partly funny because of the absurdity of it, part because there’s a different dialog when on IM than in normal conversation and part because it was actually possible.
So I agree with Bus to a certain extent. Everyone my age (25) and up have lived a little while, before computers, but there’s no way to slow or stop the technology (and I can’t say I’d want to).
How do you think this will affect the interaction between our younger siblings, nieces and nephews who are completely inundated by it? Some don’t know a world without computers. And how has it affected your interaction with them, if?
Holla at me on twitter lol.
