Drunk FIFA is a game of endless possibilities. Not specifically good for girls, but is a hell of a good time for a bunch of dudes who are competitive—works as an excellent pregame.* If you like soccer-based video games, this is for you.
*Papa Schu is the creator of this game, and has been adopted by many. This game has caused many fights, not to mention many “Beast Master” hookups since 2004.
Requirements:
Beer
Game console
Any soccer game
at least 2 players
Rules:
Start an exhibition game against a buddy. The main goal of this game is to get the other person drunk, not to win. Drinks are calculated in sips. (20 Drinks = One Full Beer).
Out of bounce- 1 Drink (Whoever it is out on)
Foul – 1 Drink (Whoever caused the foul)
Red Card – 5 Drinks (Whoever caused the foul)
Shot on goalie (Header included): Opponent Drinks 1
Shot off the post- Opponent Drinks 1
Goal (inside of box) – 5 Drinks
Goal (Outside of box) – 10 Drinks
Goal (Header inside of Box)- 10 Drinks
Goal (Header outside of Box) – 20 Drinks (Rare)
Own Goal – 10 Drinks
Pausing (for any reason) – 1 Drink (Aside from goals, all drinking must happen during game play).
Stupidity (based on consensus of the group playing) – 1 Drink
Being Shut Out- 10 Drinks*
*If game goes into penalty kicks, the game will be considered a draw. PK’s don’t prove shit.
If a 0-0 tie goes into PK’s both players must drink 20 drinks for making everybody else watch a shitty game.
Optional Rules and Settings
Double Down
Pick one player on your team to be your double down. Anything this player does, counts as double the drink amounts—goal outside the box with said double downer would count as 20 drinks, but also out on said player would count as 2 drinks. Usually a striker is used.
Free Kick Goals
Could add a multiplier based on distance. E.g. every 10 feet = 2 more drinks added on top of the goal.
Drinking Nazi
The person who is not involved in the game acts as the referee of assuring adequate drinking is happening throughout the game. The Drinking Nazi could cause players to pause the game and drink more.
Respect
When the opponent does something sweet, and you respect the action by drinking.
Coaches/Fans
People who are watching participate as coaches and drinks the same amount as player.
Final Comment
Again this game is about causing the opponent to drink. Try to score, but just shoot the ball! Use your double down!
